FitNFast is a privately owned Australian gym franchise that provides many different value fitness options across 18 locations. Evocode teamed up with Redfox Media to tackle some unique challenges in the business and launch a new integrated responsive website.
The biggest challenge FitNFast faced was the difficulty in signing up new members online and connecting those memberships to their point of sale and gym software. We setup user and conversion tracking software to diagnose the bottlenecks in the existing signup process. We then set out to correct these problems and create a brand new experience that integrated directly into their point of sale system.
We developed a synchronization process that runs in the background to pull the entire membership product catalog and customer base into the new eCommerce system. Each gym location had a unique set of memberships, customers, pricing, and up-sells which needed to be accounted for. The new website was designed to promote the entire membership offering of each location. We custom built a unique checkout experience to integrate with their existing payment processor, allowing a new member to sign up online and walk into the gym on the same day!
The new responsive website geo-detects your location and makes it easy to find the club hours, schedules, and contact information of your gym while on the go. The end result is a beautiful new website that offers the ability to promote new locations, products, and up-sells. All of these improvements have lead to an increase in average transaction size and conversion rates which have a had a profound impact on the business.
